Tires: replace of fix?
I have friends that actually ask, why don't you sell that and get a good car?
They seem to think that my car is in the shop far too often. I tell them its
in for routine servicing but they don't seem to understand. I have to admit,
I have been without this car more often than with any other car I have ever
owned. To me its a small price to pay for the pleasure I get driving Baby
when she is around. Nothing makes me more certain of that, than the loaner
cars I get to drive during her absences.
It appears that I will be car-less again tomorrow, if only, for a few hours.
One of my tires appears to have a slow leak which is starting to leak faster.
The tires and wheels were brand new when they went on last April. Assuming
its a punture, I'm wondering if the tire could or should be fixed. If it
needs replacing....can I replace just one? Like I said, the tires only have
10-15K on them. I've repaired tires on other cars I've had and that was fine,
I just don't know about this all wheel drive stuff. Help please?
