4k power steering

The steering is a bit loose in my '83 4k. There is a slight clunk when I change
direction, and I can move manually the rack up and down a bit where it is
attached to the tie rods. The tie rod ends and the lower ball joints seem to be
o.k. in the suspension.
Has anyone ever rebuilt their power steering in the 4k? Is a rebuild kit
available? Does it include a bearing for the output side of the rack?
Any other options? I did not see any adjustments for the rack, like for the
manual steering.
There is about 120K in the car and the steering is not leaking.
