RE: power steering hoses on 5000tq--Help!!

I'm no expert on your situation, but I would suggest you loosen attachment
bolts for steering rack.
This would give you some play, prolly enough to get the banjo started.
The place that rebuilt your hoses may have cut them a tad bit too short, all
that's needed to cause your frustration.
