Heat Cycling New Pads?

    When I get new pads I should heat cycle right?  Get the news pads on and
rotors then go for a drive.  Try to avoid full stops.  Drag the pads
slightly at highway speeds.  Get some warmth going then do some good
stopping to burn up the nasty chemicals in the pads.  Don't stop all the
way.  Sound right?  Anything to add?
