Needed: rear licence plate panel

My son has an 87 5Kcstq that has a damaged rear license plate panel. This 
model has the yellow and red reflector type panel. It is only the left side 
that has damage and I would consider a panel with right side damage (I could 
probably splice them under the license plate). I would also consider 
replacing the reflector panel with the more common black panel found on many 
other models.
