Pikes Peak Debate II

Fellow Audians;

>From the invective on the QList this morning, it' clear that we
need to expand the January 10, 2000, Top of the Mountain, Pikes
Peak Debate.  Here's the revised Debate Schedule (all times are
local):

1:00am  The End All, Be All, Tors*en Debate
3:00am  I'm the World's Best Audi Driver na, na, na, na, na, na
5:00am  My P*cker's Bigger Than Yours

There will be a 15 minute break between debates so folks can
retire to the parking lot for fisticuffs.  No guns and knives
allowed; you can however bring chains and brass knuckles.

All kidding aside, if you just bought an Audi, heard about the
QList, and checked it out during the past 48 hours, would you
join?  Would you put a decal in your window, that admitted you
belong to such a list?  Are you aware that QList comments are
archived for all to see?  Do the terms "rude" or "civility" mean
anything?  Intellectual discourse is a wonderful and necessary
thing, but when it slips into sniping and innuendo (which it does
all too easily around here) it reflects poorly on all of us.  I
do not, have not, and probably will not ever understand what it
is about human beings that causes them to expend so much time and
energy being hurtful to one another.  It's such a waste....
