By definition that would be a front torque bias ratio, e.g. of 3:1 = 75f/25r. 
 The point is, torque bias, torque dist, torque bias ratio, and even Bias 
Ratio, by definition of a slip angle argument to torque distribution only, is 
NOT a constant.
