List Decal Order

Hi,

The q-list decal artwork is done.  There has been more than enough interest
expressed to cover the printing expense.  Dan has been consulted.  The
order will be placed for the decals today.  They should be ready for
distribution within a month.  (Printing apparently takes a while.)  

Tom Nas, who did the artwork, will have the it available on his web site
before too very long.  Meanwhile, I have it as a gif and will be happy to
send it to you if you want to see it.

The decal will have a white background with black lettering (a large "Q"
[uppercase] in Tom's "quattro" font with the q-list URL along the lower
edge in smaller print.  It will be ~75mm wide by 50mm high (3" by 2") and
will be made of self-stick (no adhesive) static cling vinyl for attachment
to the inside of a window.

Pricing will be US$2.50 each.  (I will place two on my car, one in the
lower right corner of the rear windshield and one top center of the front
windshield where it will be more or less hidden from my view by the rear
view mirror.)  Please include a SASE with each order to simplify my life as
much as possible.  Non-USA shipments will be doable somehow.  Let's figure
it out as required.  Profits, if any, will be sent to Dan for list costs.
I plan to make nothing on this project.

My address is in the sig file below.  Checks sent before the decals are
ready for shipment will be held un-cashed until the decals arrive.

There have been several good ideas suggested such as including the Audi
Sport logo and multicolored backgrounds, etc.  Cost factors look to be
rather prohibitive for such options so I've operated on the KISS principle
(Keep It Simple, Stupid).
