Front Speakers Replacement

Has anyone replaced the speakers in the dash on an '85
4ksq?

I am replacing all the speakers and have completed the
replacement of the rear speakers. These were not easy,
had to remove the entire back seat and then the darn
things were glued together with the grill and had to
be broken into small pieces in order to remove them.

Based on that experience, I am wondering how much or
how little of a dash disassembly I will have to do to
remove the front speakers without messing up the
finish of the dash.

Any help or secrets are appreciated.
