Audi r/c models

Hi all,

Stopped by my local r/c shop (conveniently located just down the road) and
gawked at their window display- 1:10 Carson TT, 2.5cc combustion engine,
shaft-driven AWD, alu chassis pre-assembled, needs only servos, receiver
and transmitter. Great-looking model, does 50 mph straight out of the box.
Cost: $350.
BTCC A4, scale 1:5(!). Wow, what a model! 5cc(?) combustion engine, disc
brakes, alu/carbon fibre chassis. Needs trans/rec, servos, assembly. $1300.
Oof!

Also, Tamiya seem to be marketing their 1:10 A3 r/c model. Looks pretty good.

Judging by the amount of people in the shop drooling over these models,
there seems to be enough interest.

Disclaimer: wish I could spend money like that on those models... just
drooling, guys!
