URQ head and valve parts

Are the valves in the 035 103 373G head sodium filled? Phil posted that this 
is the MB head and not the WR. Which head is stock to the URQ?
The reason I'm asking about sodium filled is that my 373G head has a valve 
that needs replacing and was quoted ~$39.53 per valve (from Linda at Carlson) 
to fit an 83 URQ. That's a pricey valve. Do I in fact have an 83 URQ head?
Maybe dumb questions to some, but with the head at the machine shop, I really 
need to know what I should have put into it. If I tell them it's an 83 URQ 
and in fact it's not, that could be a problem (yes/no?).
