Clutch Master Cylinder replacement - 89 100 Avant - advise needed

Would appreciate any advice the members can provide on how best to replace the clutch master cylinder on an 89 100 Avant. 

 

1.  What do you need to remove to get at the master cylinder?

2.  Are there any other parts that should also be replaced?

3.  How do you bleed the system?
