Sounds like chocholek. Unlikely, I might agree with, impossible, no, it's

Low cf or raise Trg, they are the effectively same variable. What is "other"
low cf conditions? Any of the folks with a torsen on the SAME cf can find O.
And the point is, torsen can and will shift each way (not every), front
and/or rear, causing undesireable chassis dynamics while turning, it's called
oversteer and understeer. Dave, your theories stray from some baselines we
can all claim to experience. A torsen can oversteer, and lockers U. Given
all your text to date, some of us are looking to you for more basic answers
extending your arguments.
