Shocks on a 44

How difficult is it to change the front shock absorbers on a 1989 100?  My 
steering has gotten a little wobbly when I go over bumps in the road at 
speed.  It happens more while I'm turning and hit a bump.  So, I think I 
need new shocks up front.

Has anyone done this before?  Is there a process posted on a URL 
somewhere?  I got the Bentley, so I can refer to that.

Any help would very appreciated.
