TSB questions.

I've been reading through the TSBs at tech.vw.com and have a
couple questions:

Anyone ever use "Autobahn High Performance wheel cleaner"
part no: ZVW 177 201?  Any idea about cost?  I currently use
Simple Green or BMW wheel cleaner, both of which work fine.
But I'm always looking for something better, faster, cheaper.

Anyone ever install child seat tethers in their (95) A6
wagon?  The procedure is real simple, though last night
I discoverd there is only one position for the tether - 
the center.  I will have two kids by the end of January.
