Re: What's best for leather?

Rex;

    This Connelly leather is special stuff and requires a different
treatment than regular leather. It was mentioned specifically in the "Care &
Feeding" section of my S4 manual - they told you how to take care of the
regular leather and made separate mention of the Connelly. I don't recall
what it said as I have the regular leather, but I can dig it out if you need
the info. Have you checked the owners manual for the V8 for info?

Subject: What's best for leather?

After 5 different Audis, the V8Q is the first one for me with leather. I
noticed somewhere that it is connely leather. May have mis-spelled, but
anyhow, what is the best treatment for these? American leather is more or
less vinyl treated and Amor-All works fine, but somehow I DON'T think this
is what I want for these. They are in real good shape and I want to keep it
that way. Any suggestions? I have heard of "Hide Food" but don't know if it
is good or where you get it.
