1993 100csqw-How to replace the O2 sensors

My O2 sensors have been diagnosed as bad. I pulled the codes and took it to
the dealership and they said they were defective. The fact that they were
only 16 months old is another story. But to the question of replacing them.
First, where can I get a replacement that is cheaper than the $167 at the
dealer. The sensor part number is 078-906-265-A. It has two twisted white
wires and one single black wire. The are visible and so is the sensor.
What is the best way to remove and replace the sensor from the exhaust pipe
and what tools and torques should be used.

I remeber from postings in the past, some discussion of Bosch sensors that
are replacements for Audi sensors. You have to Attach the wiring connectors
to the new sensors. However, I am not sure if this pertains to the V6.

Thanks for the help.
