Small quirks..

I've got a few small quirks in my car that I want to get rid of..

1) The fuel gauge needs some kind of adjustment. It will not go up to
the full mark when I fill it completely up, and it will go below the
red field without running out of gas. If I just could position the
needle a bit higher, everything would be ok.

2) The steering wheel is not centered. The alignment is correct, and
if I remove the steering wheel and reposition it, it will be either to
the right or to the left to center. How can this be fixed? It's
annoying to drive with an off-center steering wheel..

3) I'm getting a squirking sound from the windshield area sometimes.
What can I do about it?

4) The speedometer wire (I think) is making a noise when going over 70
mph. How do I re-lube and what do I use?

Thanks a lot!
