RE:Shocks on a 44



So, how do I go about replacing them with out the special tools?  I've
heard some people say that I can use channel locks.  I have no idea what
those are....  HELLLPPP  :)

It's crude, but a good 'ole pipe wrench and cheater bar works good.
You need to jack the car up a bit to get the wrench between the springs. A
narrow wrench works best.
The nuts are usually tight and  I use about a 5 foot cheater bar because I'm
weak and lazy. Less busted knuckles to boot!
