Mike-

4kq suspension:
Coilover (vortrag, ground-control, etc.)
H&R springs
Eibach springs
Koni shocks/struts
Bilstein shocks/struts (two kinds, sport or hd)

Rims:
4x108, et45mm. Not too much of a selection. Browse on over to
www.tirerack.com and search their database. You get Borbet, basically.
Mille Miglia MM-11-2 is cool as well. Compomotive (www.usacomp.com) has
nice wheels they can do you for, plus team dynamics at
www.colorworksmotorsport.com can also drill blanks for you. TSW
(www.tswnet.com) has wheels that fit, as well as Konig
(www.konigwheels.com) -- only problem is you can't get too big, since
there isn't much room in there anyways. I think a 16x7 will work, but
you'll have to be careful on tire selection. Fender well rounding is
tough.

Sway bars:
Jamex. $100 or so. Nice piece.

In a straight line:
Well, is it snowing or not? :). On the order or 9-10s to 60 from a stop.

Engine:
I5 w/115bhp.
Mods: advance timing, add exhaust. Not much unless you want to do the
Javad route and work the intake side for better breathing. Common mod is
to drop in a turbo motor (Code MC) from an 86-88 5000 turbo. 220hp there
with chip and wastegate spring. Makes the car a rocket.
