Re: 5000 sunroof failures



Mine slowed down to the point of needing and helping hand to close (because
it would stop otherwise), but only needed a good lube to return it to
working condition.  No other problems in the last year (since lube).
Don't know if it was the right thing, but I squirted greaseless lube in the
rails, and worked it in by helping open and close a few times.  Maybe the
Audi gods smiled...
