RE: HELP: 5k MYSTERY Connector



My (Canadian) 5KTQ also has some unconnected wires behind the dash.  As
far as I can tell, everything on the car works so they must be for
options that were not installed.  I got under there really good last
weekend looking for an intermittent climate control problem and got
concerned because I saw these wires here and there that were unplugged
and couldn't tell whether I had accidentally unplugged them, or they
weren't plugged in to start with. Everything still works so I assume
they were that way before I got in there.
On my fusebox lid, there are some references to "voice warnings (Japan)"
and other things that my car doesn't have, so I figure they are for
those.
