At first I weas going to suggest a cat element moving around blocking
gas flow sometimes, but disconnecting the injector air shroud hose made
it "better"...? considering that makes a before the throttle plate and
after it unmetered air leak...

have you checked the air filter, and the air mass plate for cleanliness?
