1993 100csqw-O2 sensor problems

The last time I posted on my problem with these sensors, I had replaced the
sensors with the Bosch 3 wire and was still getting a check engine light and
2342 code. I have disconnected the battery to clear the codes but that
didnot help. So I have done a little diagnosing based on my 220tq manual
and Scott Mockery's page. and the results are: when testing the wiring back
to the car, the heater power is 13.8 volt for each and the sensor wires are
.400volts. Testing the heater wires to the probe, I get 5 ohms for both. So
Far every thing appears OK. When I test the sensor connections with the
engine at idle, the readings fall from .400 volts. One works its way down
to .033v where it jumps around that point and the other jumps around .020
volts and it got as low as .007v. I must add that I did smell gasoline from
near the tail pipe a couple of times before I changed the sensors. I wonder
if I don't have some other problem. Your helpful comments are appreciated.
