Another 4ktq update (drove it)

Well,
If anyone has been following my 4ktq saga they probably know that
mly 4ktq runs now. But I had a few problems. The most worrysome was an
overboost problem. I was getting about 12psi at 3k RPM at 1/2 throttle.
What a pain. I moved it to the shop doing the core support work in this
condition on Friday. I had to shift at 2,500 RPM to keep from
Overboosting. Anyhow, on Saturday, I fixed ikt. The hose that goes fromt
he back of the Intake to the bottom of the Waste Gate was plugged. I had
checked it for leaks and it showed none. so I assumed it was fine. But
when the WG Freq Valve and WG Diaphram proved to be fine I pulled the hose
and flew through it. Hey, its plugged. Part of it had collapsed and
plugged it without cusing any leaks. grrr. So I replaced with some Auto
Transmission line (reinfoced stuff that is pretty strong) and now it runs
fine.
As of now, my only problems are probably pretty minor. I have a
stumble at around 4k RPM. When on boost from roughly 3,800 to 4,3000 RPM
there is a stumble. More like a serious stalling. If I go easy on engine
then at 4,300 it will take off again and develop 7psi boost an run great.
I think it must be a mixture problem as I'm runnign a bit rich but I dont
get why its so sudden and always at the same spot. I'm having the shop
check the Duty Sycle for me to see if they come up with anything. My LED
Mixture Gauge says I'm a tad rich on boost and around town at neutral
throttle but I thought it was normal to be a tad rich.
Second problem is that once engine is FULLy warm. After being on
boost when I let off the mixture goes lean and then right back to Neutral
mixture rather than staying lean untill its down to idle or I get back ont
he Gas. wierd. Then when I do get back ont he Gas it stumbles like its
flooded. (duh) I wonder if for sume reason when the engine bay gets hot
the Idle switch is stopping working. Any ideas ont hat one. idle switch
appears to work fine, and this problem isnt there untill the engine is
VERy arm. Not overheated but just Fully Warmed up. Like after runnign
around for 15 minutes and using the Turbo often. Wierd.
	anyhow, thanks everyone.
