Re: Speeding ticket (Apologies in Advance)

Aha, another person nabbed by NYS's finest. I was nabbed outside of
Stephentown this past Sunday. I normally fight these as a matter of course,
but the last time I fought a NYS speeding ticket it took three trips upstate
before they finally knocked it down (the officer never showed up). Has
anyone fought a ticket in Stephentown before and does anyone know the law if
the officer doesn't show? (I know that in Idaho if the officer didn't show,
there was no case for the prosecution, you got off.)
Jeremiah
still no points, hoping to keep it that way
