yikes!  Aren't the stock wheels 14x6's?  At least, all of mine are.  Next, 
shouldn't you be running 205-40-16's, and 175/70/14's for snows?  185/70's 
will throw the speedo off, and the 45's might explain the rubbing.  On my 
4000CSQ, I ran 205-55-15's, and the rears rub a touch under compression 
(usually in conjunction with a bump), something that I think would be solved 
with a 205-50-15 tire.
