It's a small amount over the line. I really don't use so much that seals are
in danger (I used to run my old turbo like this. It had a larger oil
capacity anyway due to its dual filter setup). Because the level is as the
top and the rod is smooth (oil can't be captured to make a great reading),
I'd judge it at 5mm (?) above full? I'l check for sure tomorrow.
