I think it's more about being straight. One verdict for all- so the idiot
who'd start a magazine called 'Crappy Porsche' tomorrow wouldn't be able to
say "but you let 'Porsche Excellence' keep their name, why not me?"

There was the same problem when Rover decided that the name MG was worth
protecting, so they decided to file charges against all MG restoration and
parts specialists who used either the MG name or logo. There's no logic to
it, doesn't matter if it's good or bad usage.

Anyway- I'm going to de-Audi-ize my site next week, better safe than sorry.
