Re: hackers

Return to the dealership with a copy of the Massachusetts Lemon Law.
You can force them to repair any items that were not disclosed to
you(or lied about.) The law covers both new and used vehicles,
although differently. Threaten to call the mass state attorney if
they still won't budge. They just love that sort of thing, almost as
good as putting drug dealers in jail. Also call the BBB and report
the dealership(or threaten to.) If you have easy access to a lawyer
friend or something, have him/her draw it up and make it sound/look
really important. You'll get a call back 5 minutes later..."yes sir,
right away sir, sorry sir, won't happen again sir..."

The local news "consumer reporters", particularly 4+7, love this sort
of thing too...they're desperate for scraps of meat.

Be sure to snap a few photos of the cowling, and xerox the Bently
pages on how it's supposed to be done. Send that in to the state
attorney's office.

You can also sue in small claims court for damages. In MA, if they
don't show up, court rules automatically in your favor.
