P700s are now out of production.  P7000s are the supposed ($$$) replacement.

It's a good idea.  You're over the 'one year' part of the limit.

Timing belt.  Very important if the car has not been used.

Pirelli P7000 or Bridgestone S02.  Or Yokos, but they're soft.
