The hose goes to a formed plate which is bolted to the exhaust manifold
studs and the brackets that hold EM to IM.  Got any traces of them left?

When I swapped my car to CIS-E I also traded E manifolds and installed a
new warm air plate or whatever its called.  You can almost see in the
top right picture on the url below.

Tell you what, I will take Brendan's new one, a spare EM/IM, and mock
them all up for a nice photo op.  This roll of film.
