Re: Cam Pullly removal - ?? tools & or techniques



I've been able to just pull it off.  Undo that bolt before you do
anything to the t belt - the belt is the only thing really holding the
cam from turning with the bolt.  Others have used old t belts to hold
shaft stil, makes sense to me.  Impact driver works too, loosens bolt
without turning shaft (yes, really).

As you pull the pulley there is a chance of loosing the woodruff key,
which is kinda 1/4 moon shaped.  Tends to stay in it's slot until an
awkward moment.

This is all I remember.
