I have sent this to the main list as there have been a few questions re this
IC. 1. My opinion is that the stock lower IC pipe is necessary, $200. It
is a funny size (2.5" into 2.75"), with one strange attachment on one end,
and looking into fabing one the price was right around $200.
2. The cross brace piece is not necessary. You can cut the existing and
bolt a brace around the IC cut. The brace does little bracing. If you have
ever seen one out of a car, it is really flimsy. Also, I believe the Euro
10vt cars don't even have them...
3. I don't think the lower 20v turbo exit hose is necessary. I think you
can cut the 10v hose to fit to the lower IC pipe.
