Angry Audi Gods

I must have angered the Audi gods this week. First I loose a headlamp and 
now my left parking brake ist kaput.  The line moves the arm on the caliper 
but it does not close the piston.  The brake works fine with the pedal so I 
think the piece that is connected to the lever on the outside of the caliper 
to move the piston must be bad.  Can this be repaired or do I need a 
new/remanned caliper. Thanks for all who replied with my headlight problem.  
I am in the UK and will be for a while so a used set of UK spec lights would 
be fine.  I probably will bring the car back to the states so I would still 
be interested in a DOT assembly as the UK lights will be the wrong pattern 
for driving on the right side of the road. Does anyone in England know of a 
good parts yard in Suffolk? TIA
