fuel gauge back-lighting dim

Hey, I have just installed a CD player in the 200 this weekend and today put
the rest of the dash (new trim...thanks Chris!) all back together again.
Well, now that that is all done, I go to drive to work and the back lighting
for the fuel gauge is very dim!

It was perfectly fine before that and all the other gauges (exept the clock
night light, which burned out a long time ago) are fine.  Anyone know what
happened?  Do I have to pull everything apart and tear out the instrument
cluster to check the bulb / connection???  Anyone know what else could be
causing this???  I just put in a CD player so thinking it might have
something to do with that.  Any ideas???  I'm just hoping I don't have to
tear it all out again to fix one stupid light bulb!
