RE: Homebrew IC's (addendum)
I'm changine one of my points. from a lack of knowledge problem on my
end. I didnt' understand why copper was being used. I assumed Aluminum
was a better conductor of heat. I know it is better for electricity but
for that why not sue silver or Platnum. (joking. $$$) but if Copper
really is better by all means use it. My question is this. If copper is
better then how come the best IC's makde are Aluminum and the more
efficient radiator designs are Aluminum. In general, two identical
radiators (one aluminum and one copper) the aluminum will be more
efficient at removing heat. Or so I've understood it. so then if copper
is better, why doesnt this seem to be true in usage.
