Depends upon which dealer you're asking.  

I've bought OEM crush washers for under 30 cents through the mail from our
favorite California dealer for which my local authorized Audi outlet
charges me $2-3.  The dealer here wanted $15 for the rubber muffler hangar
o-rings.  I just bought a "bomb" for less than half the $600+ my local
dealer quoted.
