'91 200Q: Whoosh on drop throttle, A/C clutch tool

Fellow 3b-ers,

I've recently been noticing a distinct whoosh from the engine bay whenever I let
off the gas pedal to change gears while accelerating.  I don't remember ever
hearing this before  ... anyone know anything about this? Car's otherwise
running like a top.

Also, my A/C compressor's been making this horrendous screeching noise while
engaging.  Any idea where I can get that funny tool to get the clutch off?
