Hands free phone

Question


I added the phone in the 91 200 to my regular Bell Atlantic service today.
Might as well it is there and I can use it for the very few calls I make
while driving.  

Again I know how we feel about phones and driving so I'm not looking to
start that thread again but............

Anyone think of a reason, hardware or programming that I can't get the
voice recognition to even seem to turn on when told to?   The phone works,
hands free mike and speaker work, storing numbers works.  But when
instructed to learn my voice I get nothing when the sequence FCN+0+99+STO
are entered.

Maybe it is just deactivated but I can't seem to get that feature working. 
 I've used it in my brothers S6 and it is pretty neat when set up.

Ideas?  Experience?
