5kt downpipe removal & replacement

Hi listers,
My mechanic gave me some bad news- my downpipe needs replacement.
What kind of labor hours am I looking at here? Also, what is a
fair price to offer for a used but excellent condition downpipe?
The new ones are $400, I'm told, so I'm opting for a used one, as
one is available.

I'm worried about the labor costs because turbo bolts tend to get
severely seized and that can add quite a bit of time to the job.
Now this isn't something I can do myself, right? I don't see myself
trying to remove the whole exhaust system and cat w/o a lift, although
I'm sure someone here has done it.
