Torque Wrench - Thanks!

Thanks to everone that offers suggestions and/or tool loans.  But I have a 
new weekend project - getting the water to flow through my plumbing, when it 
rains it pours.  I don't know whats going on - I must have ticked off 
Neptune - First heater hoses, then heater core, then water pump and now my 
house!!!  I'm guessing I should forget about getting snow tires and go for 
ice tires, all this water should start freezing soon.
