FW: Custom Pistons

I'm not sure about your pin questions. But I have a warning for you. IF
your doing this, GET CUSTOM CONN. Rods. The factory 20v ones are
notorious for bending. THis is a two part problem.
	1) factory Rods are to weak for high HP apps.
	2) On the 3B motor you get spark hop in the Distributor that
amplifies this problem. The AAN motors with the Distributorless Ign. dont
have this problem but still have the under designed rods.
For some reason the 20v rods actually seem weaker than the MC
rods. Maybe with computers they were able to design them closer to what
they needed and they dont respond to modified engines as well??? (theory
from NW area)
ANyhow, many highly modded 20v's around that have had this
problem. I believe even the Dragon Wagon got plagued with this (is
Connely around??) (SP) Anyhow, be weary here. If your going through
the trouble, have custom ones made. I heard one price at about $600-$800
for Con Rods. For the Audi 3b.
