Seat back release cable repair Coupe Q 85

Hi all


The other job I did over the weekend was to repair the busted seat back release cable on the Coupe, thanks goes out to Huw's site for having a procedure on the seat back removal (for heated seats) otherwise I would have been there a lot longer than the couple of hours it took from start to finish. What PITA, it's the kind of job that we all love, you know you need five pairs of hands in a space the size of a matchbox plus holding a  light as well. Still it all works as good as new now.

Makes me wonder just how long Audi will continue to have parts for these older cars, already we see certain items being no longer available. Anyone know how long they generally support cars for??
