Re: heater valves
Could it be you need new heater cores because they're partially plugged? I
have to turn the heaters down in all my Audis, even when driving at or near
0 degrees F. The heater core is just like any other radiator with lots of
tiny tubing to let off heat into the air passing over it, and it doesn't
take much build-up of mineral deposits to reduce significantly its heat
dissipation abilities, I would think.
