Possibly buy - 1991 20V Quattro

Hey guys,

I checked out a black 1991 90 20v Quattro today.. Asking $4500.  118k miles,
7 out of 10 exterior (still glossy, but scratced in a few areas), 6.5 out of
10 interior (cloth, no rips, just worn and faded some).

5spd, new tires, looks clean.. Clean title..

What's the value of this car?  Any thoughts?? What should I get them to
do/check out?
