Rear fogs on a 5kcstq

Does anyone know if rear fog lamps are retrofittable on a 5kcstq? I'm
in the States, so the cars did not come with rear fogs standard. Is there
a socket for fogs? I'm not sure that I saw one when I replaced the rear
bulbs today. I'm also wondering how much wiring I'd need to do to accomplish
this. I'd like to have at least one rear fog so that I don't get rear-ended
in bad weather. Front fogs are another project- any suggestions as to what
type of fogs will work well in the front? How to mount them as well?
