Well, I for one do have a problem! And, I wont deal with Linda anymore.
It's a huge PITA now. Everyone asks for her and she is always rushed. I
can never get ahold of her and have to double-check or call-back on
EVERYTHING! If something is on order, I'd call and it was never placed,
etc. It really frustruates me and so I don't see the benefit of "asking for
Linda" anymore.

I for one was not impressed with the service and may try Clair Parts Express
(very close on dealer only stuff) and IPC for mechanical stuff (much cheaper
than even carlsen). I also order a lot of stuff from Blaufergnugen. I've
heard some people with bad experiences there, but I've been doing steady
business with them for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to
say about them. Best part (for me) is if I order it by 4pm I get the part
by 12pm the next day (I live in the same state). But, that is just an added
benefit for me. Jim Blau has been great.

Anyways, I have noticed quality of service go down at Carlsen, so I figured
I'd reply as I had similar experiences.

Precautionary disclaimer: I have no personal interest and ust stating my
own experiences.
