As pointed out by Mr. Payne and others, the entire Audi parts distribution
system is in convulsion during a complete changeover in the inventory system.
That puts our friends Linda and Didi are in battle mode as the back orders
and frantic customer calls pile up. Chaos reigns and I'm not surprised those
normally hyperactive ladies are unusually edgy lately. In normal times, they've
treated me very well. I look forward to their return.

Meanwhile, I've pretty much given up placing orders until the parts pipeline
gets reconnected at the other end.
