hakka 1's on the a4?

hi. my a4 will be here within 30 days, i'm told. i
am starting to outfit and accesorize. floor mats
	from wintertech, k04/p-chip, etc etc.

i have a spare set of urq stock ronals, and am thinking
i will use them for snow tires. actually, i think that
they will look pretty cool on the a4 avant, and the few
audists who se ethe car will get quite a chuckle out of
	the wheels on it.

anyway, being a do it up kind of guy, i am thinking about
getting nokian hakka 1's, eco-studs and all. anyone out
there have them on an a4? my questions:

handling (i know i will sacrafice a lot here)
noise level compared to stock (sport package)
	legality on california roads
	wear on dry roads
	wear in general
	bumpy ride
	etc

i live in san francisco and have a zeal for driving in
totally inclimate weather, late at night. all winter long
i'll be hopping int he car well after dark on friday night
and driving to my house in tahoe for the weekend. the
driveway is an off-pitch slope down toward the house and
i figure these will be quite helpful here. i'd really
love to hear from hakka 1 owners, especially those with a4's,
so that i don't buy something i don't want. the drive from
sf is generally 2.5 hours before you hit snow at all, so
even at times when i really need a tire this chewey i'll
be driving 130+ miles on dry/rainy roads to get there.
if they are overkill, i don't mind, because i like sticking
to the road in the snow. i just don't want to ruin them
on a lot of dry, or have the entire ride be really noisy
or rattle the car to pieces. i'll be able to switch back
to the stock rims if there's no snowfall forecast or if
	i am driving somewhere else.

	tia for the info!!
